Fixed
Requested Level of Care and Hospital Service data points in Current and Standard Lane Patient Placement data sources
Problem
For patients with placements, if no Requested Level of Care or Hospital Service was assigned at the time of completion or cancellation, we observed that once the patient's Level of Care and/or Hospital Service is set, all previous completed or canceled placements for that patient retroactively reflect the current Level of Care and Hospital Service as the Requested Level of Care.
Solution
We resolved the issue mentioned above with DP-9826. This fix ensures that all completed and/or canceled placements retain the accurate Requested Level of Care and Hospital Service values as of the time of completion or cancellation, unaffected by the patient's current Level of Care and Hospital Service. When a placement is requested or assigned, the Requested Level of Care and Hospital Service values reflect the patient's current Level of Care and Hospital Service.
