Missing First In-Progress End Timestamp Values in Fast Lane and Standard Lane Care Progression Indicators Detailed Data Sources
Problem
We discovered that some First Inprogress End timestamps for both fast and standard lanes of Care Progression Indicators are missing values. This issue occurs because, in Capacity Management Suite®, when a Care Progression Indicator progresses to In-Progress and the user cancels the In-Progress status, the indicator reverts to Not-Ordered. In this scenario, the end timestamp is not captured by the SIQ data ingestion process.
Solution
The issue described above has been resolved by DP-9856, updating the ingest process to accurately handle changes to the In-Progress status. Moving forward, all First In-Progress End Timestamps of both standard and fast lane Care Progression Indicators data sources will be correctly recorded in SIQ once the change is deployed.
