Base Unit's Campus cannot be changed. It is currently only showing Units associated to the users previous membership.

Make sure the users membership has been changed to the new campus. Once this is complete, ensure the users TransportTracking and BedTracking Assignments are changed to "Select". Once this is complete, the new campus should appear.
