All users have an assigned base ward/unit. This is used in determining what locations a user receives notifications about and what staff lists are available to a user and is used as the default origin or destination for item requests that have "Base" as the override for origin or destination locations.
Base Unit/Wards are set on each users' user profile.
How Base Unit/Ward Work
Functionality
A ward/unit qualifies as a base ward/unit if the ward/unit has a location associated with it.
If a base unit/ward's Campus cannot be changed (It is currently only showing Units associated to the user's previous membership), make sure the user's membership has been changed to the new campus.
Once this is complete, ensure the users Capacity IQ® Transport and Capacity IQ® EVS Assignments are changed to "Select", and the new campus should appear.
