Info

  • The administrator has granted you membership to selected wards/units and clusters within a campus or campuses.

  • This means that you have access to data about employees, patients, and beds that are associated with those wards/units and clusters.

  • In the Capacity IQ® EVS application, you may only view information about beds and patients associated with wards/units in your membership.

  • For example:

    • If your membership includes only Wards/Units 1 and 2 in the Main Campus, then when you view the All Beds list, you see only beds in Wards/Units 1 and 2 in the Main Campus.

    • If your membership includes all wards/units in the Main Campus, then when you view the All Beds list, you see all beds in all wards/units within the Main Campus.

  • Similarly, on the Employee list, you see only employees whose membership includes wards/units and clusters that are also included in your membership.

  • For example:

    • Suppose your membership includes Wards/Units 1 and 2, but NOT Ward/Unit 3 and want to see specific information about employees assigned to your Wards/Units.

    • Chris Smith is an EVS employee whose membership includes Ward/Unit 1. Terry Ramirez is an EVS employee whose membership includes Ward/Unit 3, but NOT Ward/Unit 1 or 2. On the Employee list, you will see Chris Smith but not Terry Ramirez.
