[TTP-994] Referral IQ® Document Upload
Problem
Referral documents were not being received by the Transfer Center in a centralized way, requiring nurses to fax or email patient information like face sheets and insurance details. This led to duplicate entry, manual uploads by Transfer Center agents, and introduced security risks.
Solution
We introduced a document upload feature in the referral form, allowing users to attach documents directly within the platform. This leverages the existing Transfer IQ® upload rules—supporting multiple file types, up to 25MB per file, and five files per upload—improving data centralization and reducing security vulnerabilities.
We will gradually roll out this feature to our clients. Once the feature is enabled, you will need to refresh your session by signing out and then signing back in.
