Issue notes function similar to general notes in the Case Log. They are designated with a Warning symbol. Generally a Patient Placement specialist is the first one to add the issue note, but they are often progresses/updated by escalation resources.
Steps
Adding an Issue Note
Within Edit mode on a case navigate to the Case Log and select Add an issue.
You’ll notice the entry window is identical to notes entry except a Warning symbol at the top.
Add your notes, tags, and update the date/time with the calendar tool, then select Save.
