We’ll cover how to use the Communication Log within the Communication Tab in a transfer case. There’s a separate section for Physician, Facility, and Escalation logs but they all function in a similar manner.


Steps

Edit Mode

  • Navigate to the Communication Tab.

  • Within a Physician, Facility, or Escalation card ensure there is a Communication event logged.

  • Select the double arrows (chevron button) in the lower right corner to expand the log.

  • Notice the logs are listed with the most recent at the top.

View Only Mode

  • Navigate to the Communication Tab.

  • Within each section ensure an event is logged, if there is one, you will see two fields populated:

    • Notice Latest Communication Status is populated with the most recent event.

    • Notice the Communication Log contains the same list as Edit mode does.
