We’ll cover how to use the Communication Log within the Communication Tab in a transfer case. There’s a separate section for Physician, Facility, and Escalation logs but they all function in a similar manner.
Steps
Edit Mode
Navigate to the Communication Tab.
Within a Physician, Facility, or Escalation card ensure there is a Communication event logged.
Select the double arrows (chevron button) in the lower right corner to expand the log.
Notice the logs are listed with the most recent at the top.
View Only Mode
Navigate to the Communication Tab.
Within each section ensure an event is logged, if there is one, you will see two fields populated:
Notice Latest Communication Status is populated with the most recent event.
Notice the Communication Log contains the same list as Edit mode does.
