When using the Adv. Search option in the PPD window Placement Information the Bed Search Results window can show No Matching Bed Found even if you know there are beds available. We’ll cover why this may be the case.


Solution

  • This issue is commonly found when Bed Attributes for your patient record have Required status instead of Preferred.

  • Close out of the Advanced Search, then review your Bed Attributes section before searching again.
