This article will explain why “No Matching Bed found” when using the Advanced Search option in the Patient Placement Details. However, when using this option with other patients there are results.


Cause

This is due to one or more of the Bed Attributes are defined as being Required (R) instead of Preferred (P) and the Units and Locations not meeting the required needs for this patient.
