When using the Adv. Search option in the Patient Placement Details window, the Placement Information for the Bed Search Results window is showing No Matching Bed Found. However when using this option with other patients there are results.
This is caused by one or more of the Bed Attributes having an 'R' (Required) instead of 'P' (preferred) and the Units and Locations not meeting the required needs for this patient.
Solution
Review the Bed Attributes in the PPD window and see what is required. Review what the Targeted Unit settings are configured too as well as the locations Bed Settings and Bed Attributes.
