How to check if your archive failed.


Solution

To check the archive:

  • Navigate to Admin Tool → Archiving

  • Locate the Archive Status Column. This will indicate the archive status.

  • If you see the archive has failed, let the process run again at it’s scheduled time.

  • If the archive fails consecutively, or has no End date, you will want to contact TeleTracking Support.
