If experiencing a network issue or system slowness, follow these steps.


Checklist


Part 1 Status Updates

  • Check the TeleTracking status page for information on performance related issues.

    • Look at TeleTracking US Status for real-time status updates.

    • Check with your internal help desk or network team to see if there are any internal issues currently happening.


Part 2 - Workstation

  • Check with other people around to see if they are experiencing the same issue.

  • If you have not restarted your workstation in a couple days, try a reboot.


Part 3 - Speed Test


Part 4 - Additional Information needed

Once you have completed the steps above, you will need to answer the following questions prior to contact TeleTracking Support.

  • What are the results from the sections above?

  • When did you experience issues ?

    • Need any detail

    • Need approximate times

  • Do you have any examples?

  • How many co-workers are experiencing the same issue?
