If experiencing a network issue or system slowness, follow these steps.
Checklist
Part 1 Status Updates
Check the TeleTracking status page for information on performance related issues.
Look at TeleTracking US Status for real-time status updates.
Check with your internal help desk or network team to see if there are any internal issues currently happening.
Part 2 - Workstation
Check with other people around to see if they are experiencing the same issue.
If you have not restarted your workstation in a couple days, try a reboot.
Part 3 - Speed Test
While experiencing slowness, run a speedtest Speedtest by Ookla - The Global Broadband Speed Test
