Fixed Assignment
Definition
When users have fixed assignments, they are automatically designated to be dispatched to jobs that are in a specific zone.
However, they CAN be dispatched to jobs in other zones if there are no jobs in their assigned areas.
They do not have to enter a zone or section when they sign in to the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system.
In the TransportTracking application, there are also "Fixed & Exclusive" assignments, which do not allow users to be dispatched to transport jobs in other areas.
