How Fixed Assignment Works
Functionality
Fixed Assignments: Users are automatically dispatched to jobs in a specific zone.
Users can be dispatched to jobs in other zones if there are no jobs in their assigned areas.
Users do not need to enter a zone or section when signing in to the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system.
Fixed & Exclusive Assignments: Users are restricted to jobs within their designated zone and cannot be dispatched to jobs in other areas.
