Scope
If PINs are enabled in the Capacity IQ®, users must enter them (in combination with their IVR user IDs) on a telephone to access the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system to enter, change, or accept assignments.
In addition, if the Enterprise Wide setting for Patient Tracking Portal called PIN Required is enabled, then ward staff members who use the Patient Tracking Portal® application on an interactive wall display must use their PINs in conjunction with their IVR ID numbers to sign in to the wall display
