  • Conversation transcripts can easily be downloaded for sharing or record keeping purposes.

  • At the top of the chat window, click on the name of the Client Support Engineer that helped you. Or, in some cases, if the chat didn’t route to a human, click on the TeleBot Avatar.

  • Click on the download button.

  • The chat will download, and in most cases show at the bottom of your internet browser.

  • Once you click the download button, the conversation transcript will download as a .txt file.

    • Note: Conversation transcripts are only available on desktop in the Messenger.


What’s included in the transcript?

  • All replies in the conversation

  • The timestamps of every reply

  • The date and time the conversation was created (in your workspace’s time zone)

  • Operator’s replies

  • The customer and teammate’s names

  • The date and time the conversation was downloaded


What’s not included?

  • The different states of the conversations (snoozed, unsnoozed, closed)

  • Seen/unseen notes

  • Internal notes

  • How and when the conversation was assigned

  • CC/BCC

  • Images

  • Attachments

  • GIFs

  • Articles

  • Apps

  • Images, attachment, GIFs, articles and apps will be labelled as text in the file, like [GIF] and [Article - article name], for example.
