Certain units cannot be found under Project Census and are showing all 0's (null) on various census reports.
Steps
In order to be counted in the projected census and have values on reports, the Count In Census bed setting must be enabled for beds within the unit and a unit discipline must be selected.
Enable the setting and set a unit discipline
Navigate to Admin Tool > Settings > Capacity Management > Units
Click on each location name within the unit.
Click on the Bed Settings tab.
Make sure that Count In Census is enabled/ green.
Click on the Unit PreAdmitTracking Settings tab.
Click the drop-down list under unit discipline and select one - the unit discipline cannot be set to none.
Verify the issue is resolved
Navigate to Capacity IQ® PreAdmit > Projected Census
Make sure that the unit can be seen.
It should be listed under the unit discipline that it was recently set to.
Navigate to Standard Reports > PreAdmitTracking > Analysis
Run one of the Census Analysis by... reports.
The unit should not have null data (all 0s) in the reports.
