Missing beds on the Projected Census in Capacity IQ® PreAdmit.
Solution
Ensure that all of the requirements for a bed to appear on the Projected Census are met and that there are patients in these specific locations.
Ensure the specific location has "Count In Census" enabled under Bed Settings:
Check to see if the unit has a Unit Discipline defined.
This can be determined by going to the specific unit and navigating to Unit PreAdmit Settings > Unit Discipline:
Ensure that the location's HL7 ADT ID matches with how it is listed in the interface:
