Users are unable to select patient attributes.


Solution

This is most likely due to missing the correct permission. Users would need to have the electronic BedBoard function in their Global PreAdmitTracking Permissions, with change location attributes enabled.

  • To enable this permission you will need to go to Admin > Settings > Capacity Management > Group Management > Pick your Capacity IQ® PreAdmit application group.

Note:

  • There is no way to block users from editing certain patient attributes.

    • If you do not want users to have the ability to edit any patient attributes, you can limit their role to view-only access. This will ensure that the data remains unchanged and accurate.
