Solution

To gain access and visibility to the "View Options," it is necessary to contact your designated TeleTracking administrator, local IT department, or supervisor. They possess the authority to modify your permissions accordingly, enabling you to view and utilize the "View Options" feature.

  • TeleTracking Support cannot modify user accounts.
