Responsible for executing Transport Jobs. Users in groups with this permission may accept and work on transport jobs. Individual permissions are required to self-dispatch to a specific transport job, select a round trip, or cancel or reschedule transport jobs.

This Permission is required

Transporters in groups with this permission can create a special "equipment return" task after they complete patient transport job. They can then return equipment to the location from which they transported a patient or to another location. "Equipment return" tasks allow separate tracking of the time used to return equipment after the patient transport job is over - the time is not tracked as part of the patient transport job. To create an equipment return task on Mobile, the Transporter Workflow permission is also required. Transporters can cancel, release themselves from, or delay equipment return tasks. However, they must have any permissions required to complete these actions for a patient transport job.

Users in groups with this permission can cancel transport jobs. Transporters also need the Transporter Workflow permission to cancel a job through the Mobile.

Users in groups with this permission are able to reschedule transport jobs.

Users in groups with this permission are required to select a reason code when they cancel a transport job.

Users in groups with this permission are required to select a reason code when they delay a transport job.

Users in groups with this permission are required to select a reason code when they reschedule a transport job.

Users in groups with this permission may access the Instant Notify feature and send an instant message.

This permission is also required to generate the Instant Notify Quick Report

Users (transporters) in groups with this permission may select an option to perform a round trip. Users with this permission must also have the “Transporter Workflow Responsible for Executing Transport Jobs” permission so that they can access theMobile menu for this function.

The Transporter will not be able to roundtrip job if the Requester uses the Return Patient or Add to Sequence feature in the Transport Request Dialog Box.

Users in groups with this permission can track mini tasks that they complete on a smartphone or mobile device. Either the “Transporter Workflow Responsible for Executing Transport Jobs” permission or the “Requester Workflow Responsible for Creating and Updating Job Requests” permission is also required to access the appropriate menu.

Users (transporters) in groups with this permission can dispatch themselves to transport jobs using their Mobile device system. In addition, transport supervisors who will use the TeleTracking Transporter™ mobile app to complete transport jobs must have Self Dispatch permission. Users with this permission must also have the Transporter Workflow Responsible for Executing Transport Jobs permission so that they can access the Mobile menu for this function.

Users (transporters) in groups with this permission can use the Mobile system to bypass (or skip) a transport job about which they have been notified. Users with this permission must also have the Transporter Workflow Responsible for Executing Transport Jobs permission so that they can access the menu for this function.
