Process to change Dispatch Sets priorities, settings, and values.
Steps
Part 1 - Finding the Dispatch Sets
Admin Tool > Enterprise Information > Select campus
click on the Global Settings tab
under TransportTracking Global Settings, scroll down to Dispatch Sets
Part 2 - Adjusting an existing Dispatch Sets
Click on the desired Dispatch Set’s name
Adjust the priority level and other settings
To keep these changes, click Save
Note that these changes will affect all transports for this specific campus

Ensure you are updating or changing the correct Dispatch Set.
