TransportTracking™ Transport Priority Change Report Description

Permissions Required

You must have the following permission to generate this report:

  • Run Any Reports, Including Those That Reveal Patient Information

Purpose

The Transport Priority Change Report displays a history of changes users make to the priorities of pending transport jobs via the Patient Transport Job List, the Item Transport Job List screens, and the IVR. The changes override the job priorities that were automatically set by the TransportTracking™ application Dispatch Logic.

About the Report Data

  • The report data comes from changes made by the users in the Patient Transport Job List, the Item Transport Job List screens, and the IVR.

  • The report output is in .pdf format or Excel.

Transport Priority Change Report Column Descriptions

The following information appears in the columns on the Transport Priority Change Report.

Displays. . .

Campus

The campus in which the transport job occurred.

Date / time Range

The date and time range when the user set the job priority.

User

The user who changed the priority for the transport jobs.

Origin

The unit where the transport job started from.

Destination

The unit where the patient or item was moved to.

Excel or PDF

The output for the report.
