A supervisor is not getting escalation alerts even though the alerts settings are correct and the user has appropriate permissions.


Solution

This can happen when the supervisor has a variable assignment. To resolve, on the User Notifications tab in the User profile, change the Job Alert Matching setting to Against my base campus.
