Did not request to save my password and when I go to log into the application, TeleTracking has it saved.


Solution

The application does not save passwords.

  • The user likely saved the password via the browser and will need to remove it from the browser and/or credential manager on the PC.

    • If without the proper permissions, reach out to your internal help desk for assistance.

Note: You are unable to password-protect folders in the Data IQ® application.
