If the group right for accessing Spill Cleans defaults is set to NONE, an admin may receive the error An error has occurred. Please contact your system administrator. when adding Spill Types, even if other sections of Dictionary Management are accessible.
Solution
The Spill Cleans global feature must be enabled under BedTracking Global Settings
and the administrator's group rights will need to have the option to access the Spill Cleans set to Edit
