About

A certain transporter performed work during a specific time frame selected, but does not appear in the employee list when trying to filter by employee for the following Standard Reports:

  • Activity Detail by Job Number

  • Employee Audit

  • Employee Performance

  • Transporter Delay

  • Transporter Delay Analysis


Solution

Check the employee's current role in their user profile.

  • If the employee is now assigned a role that does not include a group that has the Transporter Workflow enabled, the employee will not be available to select on these reports.

    • Similarly, if the employee's assigned role was changed before the last archive was run, reports run against archive will also not display the employee.

  1. Temporarily change the employee's assigned role to one that includes a TransportTracking group that has Transporter Workflow enabled.

  2. Run the report again and the employee will now appear in the list of available employees for filtering.

  3. Change the employee's role back to the original role.
