About
The Capacity IQ® solution can be configured to receive payor information from an external system (such as an ADT system or an EMR system) and pass that payor information on to the Transfer IQ® application or the Classic TransferCenter™ application (when the Capacity IQ® is integrated).
This information can then be used by a application administrator or supervisor to generate payor reports to view data regarding the parties responsible for reimbursement of a patient's treatment.
To enable this information transfer, payors need to be added to Dictionary Management.
Payors can be added to Dictionary Management by two methods:
An administrator in the Admin Tool component or in Admin > Settings > Capacity Management.
A payor transaction from the ADT system with a payor a that has not been manually added. In this case, the unknown payor is added automatically.
