This article will show you how to add and remove filters within Transfer IQ®.


Results

  • Results on the Referrals tab are depending on Date filters.

  • The Cases Tab will show data based on the sub tabs


Filters

If you currently see information at the top of the columns that means there is a filter in place for the column.

To remove an applied filter click the X on the filter.

Referrals Tab

  • You can filter Referrals by the following:

    • Created Date

    • ETA

  • After selecting which type of filter to use, you will need to either:

    • type a date

    • use the calendar tool to select a date that is the beginning of the created date range

    • select today to put today's date in both filter by fields

  • Once the dates are populated you will need to apply filter.
    Note: Apply filter is not available till dates are populated.

  • If you need to search again, or adjust your filters you will need to select clear filter.

  • The dates that you enter remain in the filter fields until you select clear filter or until you sign out.

Cases Tab

You can filter Cases by the following:

  • Select Active to display only the cases that have an ETA of today's date or a previous date.

  • Select Upcoming to display only the cases that have an ETA of more than 24 hours in the future.

  • Select Completed to display only the cases that have been completed.

Columns

  • When looking for a column that you don’t see, you will need to add that column it.

  • If there are columns that you do not need you are able to remove those columns.
