We’ll review how to create and associate a Medical Practice User Account. This is used for Application Administrators to provision access to External Facilities to submit Referrals in Referral IQ®
Steps
1. Add New Facilities
With a newly added Medical Practice you will likely need to add Referring Facilities.
2. Create a Medical Practice Account
Then configure a Medical Practice Account attaching any newly added referring facilities
3. Create a Platform Account
Provision an account - Generating a New Account. Ensure users have the External Care Provider role.
4. Associate Facilities
Locate the account then:
Select your newly created Medical Practice Account
Select your newly created Facilities this user should see
