Unable to see or select Facilities under referrals.


Solution

  • Log into the Operations IQ® Platform, click Access, Referrals.

  • If you do not see the Referrals option:

    • Contact a System Administrator to adjust the Role within your TeleTracking user profile to include External Care Provider and associated Medical Practice Accounts.

If you manage multiple facilities

  • The My Current Facility dropdown menu may appear at the top of the screen.

  • This option only exists for users associated with more than one facility or Medical Practice Account.

  • If this scenario is applicable to your job position, you will need to first proceed with selecting the appropriate facility or facilities you wish to view.

  • You will be prompted to do so by the message shown below in blue.

  • Reminder - the list will display patients that are being requested to transfer OUT of the facility or facilities selected.

  • As indicated below, you can select to see patients from a single facility or all facilities within a given Medical Practice Account.

If you manage one facility

  • If you are only associated with a single facility you will not see the My Current Facility drop down menu at the top of the page under Referrals.

  • TeleTracking knows you are only associated to one facility, and, therefore will load the appropriate patient list eliminating the need for an extra click to select the facility.
