About

A variable user logged in and selected the incorrect membership for the day and they now cannot select a new one.

Solution

  • A variable user will not be able to select their membership more than once a day if the Allow user to set membership on login without RAC permission is disabled in the Capacity IQ® PreAdmit group associated with their assigned role.

  • A user with the Allow user to request RAC permission can generate an RAC code to allow the user to reselect their membership. They will need the Admin Tool Menu permission in the ADMIN group enabled as well.

  • To generate a RAC code go to Admin > Settings > Capacity Management > Request RAC Code.

  • From the above screen click the Request RAC Code Button.

  • A code will be generated as seen above.

  • The user can enter this code at the login screen and when they log in they will be prompted to select their membership again.
