There are two possible scenarios when a currently logged-in user may need to be logged out:

  1. User Logged in but Has Left for the Day: If a user is shown as logged in but has actually left for the day, it's a workflow issue. To address this, your internal Teletracking admin, department supervisor, or help desk should be notified. They can then manually log out the user from the system.

  2. User Stuck in Logged-In Status: If a user is shown as logged in but is unable to be logged out, a technical issue is occurring within the application. To resolve this, contact Teletracking technical support engineers. They can investigate the issue and provide guidance on how to correct it.
