About
When running the Delayed Beds History Report, their is no information appearing for an EVS job that was started on a dirty bed, placed in delayed status, and then resumed at a later time.
Solution
Often seen in a test environment, in order for that delay job to show on the Delay Bed History report, the report must be generated with a start date of when the bed was placed in a dirty status. If a bed has been in a dirty state for 1 or more days, the report date range must be set to when the bed was first marked as dirty. If not, the report will not show the delay on that dirty bed.
