The Census RTKI is showing with either fewer or more patients than they are currently seeing in either PreAdmit or Patient Tracking Portal


Solution

There are 2 Solutions to this.

Solution 1:

  • Verify that all beds are showing on the Console by clicking "View Options"

  • Then verify all the beds are showing on the Console.

  • If all the beds are already showing on the console, proceed to Solution 2.

Solution 2:

  • Go to the Admin, Settings, Capacity Management. Select "Units" out of "Logical Structure".

  • Click on the desired Unit.

  • Once here, go through all the Locations in the Unit and verify that "Show on bedboard" is enabled.

  • Once enabled, go back to the console and verify the Census is now matching.
