The following error could be encountered when trying to make a bed request in Clinical Workflow® Suite:

"You do not have enough permission currently. Please contact the administrator."


Solution

The cause of this issue is that the user's Capacity Management Suite® account does not have sufficient permissions.

For an end user to make a bed request via the Clinical Workflow® Suite UI interface the following privileges must be selected/enabled

  • In Clinical Workflow® Suite the role must have:

    • Edit Bed Request

    • View Bed Request

In Capacity Management Suite® the role must have a group from the Bed Tracking and Pre Admit Tracking applications.

  • BedTracking Privileges:

    • Requester Workflow

    • Edit Patient Isolation Type

    • Show BedTracking Console

  • PreAdmit Privileges:

    • Access Patient Search

    • Show PreAdmit Tracking Console

    • Maintain Patient Placement Detail (can be View or Edit values)
