The following error could be encountered when trying to make a bed request in Clinical Workflow® Suite:
"You do not have enough permission currently. Please contact the administrator."
Solution
The cause of this issue is that the user's Capacity Management Suite® account does not have sufficient permissions.
For an end user to make a bed request via the Clinical Workflow® Suite UI interface the following privileges must be selected/enabled
In Clinical Workflow® Suite the role must have:
Edit Bed Request
View Bed Request
In Capacity Management Suite® the role must have a group from the Bed Tracking and Pre Admit Tracking applications.
BedTracking Privileges:
Requester Workflow
Edit Patient Isolation Type
Show BedTracking Console
PreAdmit Privileges:
Access Patient Search
Show PreAdmit Tracking Console
Maintain Patient Placement Detail (can be View or Edit values)
