How Capacity IQ® Multi-Instance Works
Multi-Instance allows the IQ® platform to integrate with multiple Capacity IQ® instances. This feature is used by centralized Transfer Centers to request beds across various Capacity IQ® enterprises.

How Multi-Instance Works
Functionality
The IQ® platform can now integrate with more than one Capacity IQ® instance, enabling centralized Transfer Centers to request beds in multiple enterprises.
IQ Platform Settings
Enter the Capacity IQ® URL of each Capacity IQ® instance in the IQ Admin tool under Settings<Platform Settings.
The name provided for each instance should match the Capacity IQ® enterprise name for organizational purposes.
User setup
Each Capacity IQ® user must be assigned to a Capacity IQ® instance to access it.
Users can be assigned to multiple Capacity IQ® instances via the IQ Admin Tool - Users.
