Score Card Report

Purpose

The Score Card Report allows supervisors and managers to evaluate levels of service and to observe trends in delays for cost centers.

Description

Only data related to transport jobs with origins and/or destinations within the membership of the user who generated the report appears.

Only transport jobs whose status is Completed appear on the report. Only transport jobs with origin and destination locations in cost centers that were selected in the report criteria are included. If cost centers were not individually selected, then all cost centers associated with locations in the selected campus are included. The report displays only cost centers that meet the report criteria and that contain transport job origin and destination locations that are within the membership of the user who generated the report.

The criteria selected when the report was generated (such as date time range) appear on the report.

The following information is displayed on the report.
