On Time Arrival Report
Purpose
The On Time Arrival Report displays whether transporters delivered patients late, early, or on time for their appointments in each cost center. This report can help you to analyze whether appointment times are met as well as how lead time affects on-time arrival.
Description
Only data related to transport jobs with origins and/or destinations within the membership of the user who generated the report appears.
Only transport jobs that meet the criteria selected when the report was generated appear on the report.
The criteria that were selected when the report was generated (such as the locations) appear on the report.
For each cost center that contains the destination of an appointment, the following is displayed. The report displays only cost centers that meet the report criteria and that contain transport job origin and destination locations that are within the membership of the user who generated the report.
Note: Dates and times appear in the format configured in the Admin Tool component or in Admin > Settings > Capacity Management. For example, dates might appear in dd/mm/yyyy format (07/05/2016 is May 7, 2016) and times might appear in twenty-four-hour format (16:00 is 4 PM).
Name | Description |
Job ID | The identification code of the transport job. |
Origin | The location where the transport job started. |
Appt. Time | The time that the patient is scheduled to arrive for the appointment. |
Lead Time | The lead time that was associated with the destination location in the Admin Tool or Admin > Settings > Capacity Management component. |
Arrival Time | The time that the transport job's status became Completed. |
Early/Late Minutes | Appointment Time minus Arrival Time rounded to the nearest whole minute. A negative number means that the patient arrived early. A positive number means the patient arrived late. A zero means the patient was on time. |
Early/Late Label | Whether the patient arrived early, late, or on time. |
Delay | Y means that the transport job was in a delay status at least once. An N means the transport job was never in a delay status. |
Total Delay Minutes | Total number of minutes of all delay statuses for this transport job. |
Arrival Date | Each cost center has an Arrival Date section for each date included in the report criteria on which a transport job arrived in that cost center. The Arrival Date section displays all appointment transport jobs that arrived in the cost center on the date shown. |
Arrival Date Total-Total Requests | Total number of all appointment transport jobs that arrived in this cost center for this arrival date. |
Av Early/Late Minutes | Average of Early/Late Minutes for all appointment transport jobs in this cost center for this arrival date. |
Std Dev Early/Late Minutes | Standard deviation of Early/Late Minutes for all appointment transport jobs in this cost center for this arrival date. |
