Purpose
The Spill Cleans report shows totals and averages related to spill cleaning jobs. Data is displayed either by bed cleaner or by cost center. This report can help you to determine the areas that have had the most spill cleaning jobs, how many spill cleaning jobs have been completed or cancelled per cost center or per bed cleaner, and the time it took to respond to and complete spill cleaning jobs.
Note: See About the Report Data for restrictions related to the data that appears on the report.
Report Parameters
Criteria selected when the report was being generated appear under Report Parameters. An example is the name of the campus selected when the report was generated.
About the Report Data
Only completed or cancelled spill cleaning jobs for beds that are associated with the BedTracking® application and that are within the membership of the user who generated the report are included.
Only spill cleaning jobs that were completed or cancelled within the selected date range and shift appear on the report. However, if a shift starts on the end date of the report date range and ends on the next day, data from the entire shift will be included on the report. For example, if the end date of the report is September 2, 2012, and a shift started at 11:00 PM on September 2 and ended at 7:00 AM on September 3, then data from the entire shift, including the part on September 3, will be on the report.
The report can be grouped by bed cleaner name or by cost center. If it is grouped by bed cleaner, bed cleaners' names are listed with information about the spill cleaning jobs they completed or cancelled underneath. If the report is grouped by cost center, then cost centers are listed with details about the spill cleaning jobs completed or cancelled within those cost centers. However, grouping is not in effect if the report is in Microsoft Excel-Unformatted format.
If No was selected for Summary View?, then details about individual jobs appear. If Yes was selected for Summary View?, then counts and averages are listed per cost center or per bed cleaner. However, details about locations, times, and requesters do not appear.
The report is sorted in ascending or descending chronological order by the date and time that spill clean jobs were requested or in ascending or descending numerical order by the IVR ID of the beds associated with the spill cleaning job. However, sorting is not in effect if the report is in Microsoft Excel-Unformatted format.
