Purpose
The Notification History Report provides an overview of notifications sent to BedTracking® application users within the selected date range and campus. This report allows users to review the number of notifications or alerts sent regarding a specific bed or employee.
Note
See About the Report Data for restrictions concerning users and beds that appear on the report.
Report Parameters
If the report is in .pdf format, criteria selected when the report was generated appear under Report Parameters (e.g., the selected campus).
About the Report Data
For base units, only notifications and alerts about jobs or employees associated with the selected campus appear in the report.
If the location (bed) associated with the bed cleaning job is within a campus, then the job is associated with the campus.
If an employee's base unit is within the campus, then the employee is associated with the campus.
Only notifications and alerts from within the selected date range and shifts appear.
If a shift starts on the end date of the report and ends the next day, data from the entire shift is included.
Example: If the report end date is September 2, 2012, and a shift starts at 11:00 PM on September 2 and ends at 7:00 AM on September 3, then data from the entire shift, including September 3, will be included.
If the report is in unformatted .xls format, data appears in simple rows and columns without totals, summaries, or grouping, allowing users to perform their own calculations and analysis.
