Multi-Stage Cleans Stage II - Issue - Capacity

Issue:

Some employees with Stage II access are getting text alerts for routine cleaning assignments, but those jobs don’t show up in their mobile app worklist. This happens because when the Second Stage Cleaning workflow permission is enabled, it overrides their access to regular dirty bed jobs. As a result, EVS team members assigned to Second Stage Cleaning can't see standard dirty bed tasks in the TeleTracking EVS app.

Workaround:

To allow employees to see both regular dirty bed jobs and Second Stage Cleaning tasks, your TeleTracking® Administrator will need to create a separate Group, Role, and Housekeeper account specifically for Second Stage Cleaning.

  • Do not add the Second Stage Cleaning permission to existing Groups or Roles that also handle regular dirty beds.

  • Instead, create a new Group and Role with the correct permissions for Second Stage Cleaning only.

  • This is like setting up an extra or “fake” housekeeper account just for those tasks.

  • Housekeepers will:

    • Use their normal account for daily dirty bed jobs.

    • Use the new account only for Second Stage Cleaning tasks.

Important:

  • Since there are two separate accounts, two devices will be needed.
