One of the first things to document when taking a transfer is who is calling. The Caller Information Section under the Patient tab handles this information.
Steps
Once in a new case, navigate to the Caller Information.
Update any of the below fields:
Name - Caller's first and last name
Phone - Caller's phone number
Ext. - Caller's extension
If your health system is using call recording, select the Notify Call Recording checkbox.
Note: Information for up to two callers can be documented per transfer case.
