An alert is available to notify you of a patient selected with similar names within the facility. This can be enabled globally for your Enterprise.
Solution
This setting is called Duplicate patient name check. Once set to Enabled you’ll receive this alert.
As it is a Master Configuration setting, (Setting only visible to TeleTracking) you’ll need to confirm with your IT or an Administrator to have this enabled.
