This article will explain how to enable an alert when patients have similar names.

About

An alert is available to notify you of a patient selected with similar names within the facility. This can be enabled globally for your Enterprise.


Solution

  • This setting is called Duplicate patient name check. Once set to Enabled you’ll receive this alert.

  • As it is a Master Configuration setting, (Setting only visible to TeleTracking) you’ll need to confirm with your IT or an Administrator to have this enabled.
