How to download calls.
Steps
You can download recorded calls to your local drive as .wav files.
Go to a case's Recording tab.
In the Transfer Case Linked Calls list or in the Search for new call dialog box, select the download icon in the row for the call you want.
A Save As dialog box appears.
Navigate to the place on your local drive where you want to save the recording.
Select Save.
A copy of the recording is saved to your local drive as a .wav file.
Note: The Call Recording download functionality is only available to Client tenant(s) who have agreed to the applicable download terms within the license agreement. If the terms have not been agreed to, the download icon will not be visible or available within the Client tenants' view.
