Ability to playback and listen to a recorded call.


Steps

  1. In the case’s list of linked calls on the Recording tab or on the Search for new call dialog box, select the play icon in the call’s row to listen to the call.

  2. Call controls appear below the list that allow you to pause or go to a part of the recording that you want to hear.
