Built-in call recording functionality reduces the need to switch between applications or have a separate call recording application open on another monitor/window.
By reducing the time needed for searching, or linking and unlinking call recordings, transfer center agents can accurately document information on transfer cases with a fully integrated solution within Transfer IQ®.
The new Recording tab is accessible near the top of the screen:
Users will be able to:
Search and listen for all available calls – in progress and completed calls
Create a brief description for each linked call
Link and unlink a call to Transfer Cases – in progress and competed calls
Playback and download call recordings
Configure phone extensions via a User Profile Screen
