About
Add or remove calls linked to transfer cases.
Solution
Link Completed Calls
To link completed calls, select Add on the case’s Recording tab.
Search for the call.
In the search results, select the paper clip icon next to the call that you want to link to the transfer case.
Link In-Progress Calls
To link in-progress calls, from any case tab select Link in Progress next to the Recording tab.
The current call that you are on automatically links to the case.
Unlink Calls
To unlink calls, select the unlink icon in the call’s row on the case’s Recording tab.
