Linking and unlinking calls associated with cases.

Add or remove calls linked to transfer cases.


Solution

Link Completed Calls

  • To link completed calls, select Add on the case’s Recording tab.

  • Search for the call.

  • In the search results, select the paper clip icon next to the call that you want to link to the transfer case.

Link In-Progress Calls

  • To link in-progress calls, from any case tab select Link in Progress next to the Recording tab.

  • The current call that you are on automatically links to the case.


Unlink Calls

  • To unlink calls, select the unlink icon in the call’s row on the case’s Recording tab.
