Term

Maximum Clean Time

Definition

  • The maximum clean time is the longest amount of time deemed necessary to clean a location or bed.

    • The maximum and minimum clean times are used to calculate the number of beds that have been adjusted on the Employee List in the Capacity IQ® EVS application.

  • The administrator configures a maximum clean time in the Admin Tool or Admin > Settings > Capacity Management component.

Scope

  • Adjusted beds (outliers) are not counted statistically when an employee's average clean time is calculated.

  • The maximum clean time is compared to the turn time to determine if the time spent cleaning a bed or room is out of the ordinary (an outlier or adjusted bed).
