Term
Maximum Clean Time
Definition
The maximum clean time is the longest amount of time deemed necessary to clean a location or bed.
The maximum and minimum clean times are used to calculate the number of beds that have been adjusted on the Employee List in the Capacity IQ® EVS application.
The administrator configures a maximum clean time in the Admin Tool or Admin > Settings > Capacity Management component.
Scope
Adjusted beds (outliers) are not counted statistically when an employee's average clean time is calculated.
The maximum clean time is compared to the turn time to determine if the time spent cleaning a bed or room is out of the ordinary (an outlier or adjusted bed).
